Zurich Airport

The airport is located in the centre of Swiss roadways and 8 miles north of Zurich city. The roadways connectes to different cities like Bern, Basel and St.Gallen from the A20 route.

Travelling to and from Airport

Rail : under terminal B is the Swiss Federal Railway Station with trains to central Zurich city and across all of Switzerland.

Bus : next to car park 2 is the bus terminal with services to local towns, cities and a night bus serves the passengers from airport to all of Swiss destinations.

Zurich Airport Terminal Information

The airport has two terminal A and B which are connected internally on three levels.

Information Desk

The information desk is located in the arrivals hall and in the check-in area 3 of both the terminals, call (0)43 816 2211. For tourist or airport facilities information FastPoint terminals are located throughout the airport terminal.

Currency Exchanger & ATMs : banks are located in both the terminals.

Food & Drinks : resturants, bars, cafes and take away parcels facilities are available.

Shopping : on level one above check-in area is the airport’s shopping centre and also duty free shops are available.

Left / Lost Luggage : the left luggage desk is located in the arrivals area of terminal 1 and lost property information is available with Swiss enquiry.

Other Facilities : post office is available.

Telephone, internet, fax and photocopying facilities are located in the terminal.

Porter service is available.

Lockers are available.

Medical centre, pharmacy and dental centre is are available.

Nurseries are also available.

Zurich Airport Business & Conference Facility

All together 36 rooms with facilities for business seminars, meetings and conferences is available with the Unique Conference Centre for upto 120 members, Ph (0)43 816 3422 or visit conferencecentre@uniqueairport.com. The centre also has office equipments to offer a telephone, fax machine, shredder, secretarial service, photocopier and hotel reservations.

Facilities for Disabled Passengers

The airport has lifts, ramps, wheelchair, low telephone, toilets and space for car parking. The special assistance desk is located in the departure hall for any special needs and porters can be hired to assist in travelling from airport to railway station.
